BGC hosts our Xcel Silver and Gold squads for a full day of competition on home floor. Spectators welcome — coffee and cheer encouraged.
Three mornings of tumbling, games, and event rotations for rec and pre-team gymnasts. Drop-off friendly, ages 5–12, all levels welcome.
The trampolines, foam pit, and floor — open for free play with coaches spotting. A relaxed way to try the gym with no commitment.

Boxborough Gymnastics Center has been a home for MetroWest families since Jacqui took ownership in 2018. What started as a place to learn cartwheels has grown into a full recreational and competitive program — without ever losing the warmth that makes a nervous four-year-old want to come back.
Our coaches teach the whole gymnast: the handstand and the courage to try it, the routine and the resilience to fall and go again. Confidence, strength, character, responsibility, and dedication aren't a slogan here — they're the curriculum.
